Improve your daily health and happiness by learning to recognize signs of stress in your body, develop practical ways to eliminate some of the biggest sources of stress in your life and increase your ability to handle stressful situations. You'll also take away real tools to reduce the amount of stress you feel -- even when the source isn't going anywhere.

For our own health and happiness, we all need to find ways to balance the competing demands on our time and energy. Using techniques from stress management and organizational behavior study, you'll clarify your needs, values and boundaries, and learn to prioritize time according to what's really important. You'll walk away with concrete action steps towards your more balanced life.
